Home and Property Maintenance (HPM) is owned and operated by George Apap Painting. As a third generation painting company, we continue to serve Westchester and Putnam Counties and have for over 70 years. Our family-run business is dedicated to quality work and customer service. Traditionally a residential painting company, we have 9 highly skilled HPM carpenters. This added service gives us the ability to perform painting and woodworking seamlessly in one in house operation.
